2.2b windowed mode

hello, I'm looking for some help getting ebii to launch in windowed mode. having a lot of performance issues, like random crashes, and have seen time and time again that windowed is better than full screen. the windowed mode switcher doesn't seem to change anything. I tried editting both the cfg files of ebii and m2:tw and put them both on read-only mode. Still nothing. Dying to play ebii because I loved eb. any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried using "true" instead of "1"?

I'd also recommend you upgrade to 2.2f once you've got 2.2b working.

I'm an idiot. Didn't move everything out of Program Files properly. Started from scratch, followed the instructions, everything is running smoothly. Thanks for the response though!
