after watching the effect of WARHAMMER 2 RISE OF THE TOMB KING,i find out these effect can perform better in STARCRAFT1/ORIGINAL TOTALWAR and COMMAND & CONQUER GENERALS TOTALWAR!!!

Modern warfare as well as a Sci-fi one is more tactical based rather than on massive battles of Total War.
It would be a total challenge and new experience for CA to create such a game.
Also Starcraft and C&C are highly doubtful. It's almost sure that they'd pick the Warhammer 40k franchise instead, as CA already deals with GW much.

It’s possible both CA and GW want to broaden their audiences. For CA, branching into new genres could attract players who are more into tactical games or sci-fi settings. For GW, expanding into digital gaming helps solidify Warhammer 40k’s presence in the gaming world, bringing in fans who might not already be into the tabletop scene.
