R6025 pure virtual function call CTD

220 turns into a Pontos campaign and I've hit a bug.

on AI turn I get the error
"R6025 pure virtual function call"
followed by a CTD

I've turned off FoW and I see the issue is on Epeiros wiping out Makedonia.

As far as I can tell, the issue seems to be Makedon still having armies after they lose their last city, or possibly those armies not being able to retreat properly and becomes rebels?

Makedon had about 4 small armies around their last city before the battle.

Any solutions would be appreciated, I've been trying to find a work-around, but no luck yet.

Ok, I managed to get around it my relocating one of the Epeiros armies. They were forced to bring in another army, wipe out some of Makedon's smaller armies, and only then took the city. Makedon's remaining armies then turned into rebels as expected.

Hopefully this will help anyone else having the same issue, and most likely myself when I have the same problem 3-4 years down the line when I come back, yet again, to EBII.
