Remastered crashes/bugs/glitches etc ??

Have any of you experienced any bugs/glitches/crashes so far?

After reading some of the reviews I wonder if I'm playing the same game as they do.
For example. some people are saying there are massive fps drops. I haven't experienced any of that. The game runs smoothly. I guess it's more about their pc than the game?
The only "crash" I had was when I Alt+Tab out of the game when it was first loading in. That was the only time.
And the only bug I had was when my cavalry was chasing routing enemy off the map and got stuck on the battle map border. It wasn't game breaking tho cause I got them unstuck later.

Also, how do you like the UI?

Although I like the old one because I've always used it but the new UI isn't bad. It just takes some time to get used to it.

Only experienced 1 glitch so far; battle froze on the killed general animation so had to Alt+Tab out and kill the game with task manager. Restarted and it took me right back to the start of the battle so no huge deal there.

NO FPS drops - smooth as butter. And I even set up a custom battle at max units (7,600+ total) and noticed one very brief slowdown.
But that was it. I think you really need a beefy rig to play this game and - fortunately - I have one. :yes:

Ive had zero bugs or glitches, which honestly surprised me.

I had another one where closing the diplomacy menu after I had accepted a deal crashed the game. Just thta one time though..

Other than that the game has been amazing.

Amend my previous statement: just had a crash while trying to merge depleted units.

Edit: wow, two more crashes/freezes in the span of an hour- one when it got stuck during the AI turn phase (on the Seleucids), but there I was able to just reload the autosave and the next turn went smoothly. The second crash was when I was trying to destroy a building in a newly-conquered city and the game froze. So weird because when playing as the Romans I had no crashes whatsoever, but as Spain Ive had 3.
