Question: Defining names for "captains" of custom units.

Just got back to Total War-modding after years and years of absence and I'm working on some custom units. I've made a few more western units for fall of the Samurai (British, American and French) and everything seems to work fine apart from the names of the units "captains" on the campaign map (I'm talking about the name that appears by the units portrait in the bottom left side of the screen when moving it around). Their model and voice is the correct ones but their names are japanese.

Does anyone know where what array of names the unit will use is defined in the database? Or if it's hardcoded? It's such a minor thing since you usually don't even look at that name and the unit is mostly in an army, but it's a bit immersion breaking.

Don't know if any modders are even active here anymore but here's hoping!
