I know the Hungarians are getting Jobbagy infantry, the Russians are getting Druhzina cavalry etc but are the Byzantines getting any new units? In particular I'm hoping for some sort of advanced spearmen unit or a light cav. Anyone know the answer?
A new Armored Spearmen unit is being included for several factions. I believe the Byz get these. I have also heard that the Byz get Byzantine Lancers, a cav unit whose strength is unknown and has nothing to do with what Spanish Lancers can do.
Kongmato - sounds interesting; where did you hear this stuff? Do you have a link to anything we can read?
