How can I get any Avatar.
I haven't found any switch in the Control Panel...

Yes. Current rules say 500 posts = pick your own avatar from a list of about 200 (images taken from the MTW game).

Until then, your avatar is simply assigned to you (at random, I think). By 500 posts, you'll be so accustomed to your current avatar, maybe you won't want to change. Like an old pair of combat boots, or a well-used sword. http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg...cons/smile.gif

unfortunately all avatars are a bit brownish and i don't like brown...although mine seems a bit green...

That's through trying to keep a theme running through the boards, it's all in the aesthetics.
