I don't know. But you could download them and scan the files to see if they are what you need. You can also read the pinned topics in the Dungeon forum. Some of your questions may be answered there.
definitely try Gnomeunitbuildproj_editor v.2.0 it has a great format for modding unit stats adn other goodies give it a try I think you will like it .
