There is the tech tree that came with the game.
I bought mine on the used shelf at EB, no chart =/

Download the techtree zip file. It is missing the new buildings, but close enough to get you going.
i f u can read SPANISH i have it... i maked a photo retouch of a GERMAN TECHNOLOGY TREE and translated to spanish maybe it helps u!
