Not at this time, it may be a later venture for someone when VI is out because of multiple campaign maps, I'd also wait for Dynasty Warriors 4 it may inspire someone in the community.

Its a high-selling Playstation 2 game Stormer set in Romance of the Three Kingdoms, its a good game and may inspire someone into doing this guys suggestion.
