Mounted Crossbow minor error

I noticed that the Mounted Crossbows are listed as having a ruler ID advantage with the Burgundian faction within the UnitProdfile. Since there isn't a Burgundian faction, I am assuming the Mounted Crossbows should have a region ID advantage with the province of Burgundy.

Easy change to fix.

nope no error there really is a Burgundian faction
appears once in every twenty games or so
