I added a few provinces (well basically I just split up some large ones) to the medieval campaign map, and now I'd like to assign some of these as homelands (for GloryGoals) for certain factions. This is supposed to be editable in the file regowner_table, but it seems pretty messy and I couldn't figure out exactly how it works. I fiddled around with it but the results were disappointing, my campaign wouldn't even load.
Has anyone looked into this file and understood how to edit it?
Can a province be set as homeland for more than one faction at the same time?
The new extra provinces might also be a problem, perhaps this file won't recognise anything but the original 99 ones... obviously only CA would know the answer to this.
And while I'm on the subject of homelands, I have a question regarding the strategic AI: Will AI factions prioritize conquering their homelands?
