it ll be a good idea for single player that when we are playing and the game report us about buildings finished when the turn is begining, it must give us the option to go to that province and we can choose a new building....so province to province, like in civilization game. In this game when any city finish any buliding, it notice us and let us change it without have to wait to finish the report phase when the turn begin.
