Pretty neat, but you should mention what culture each faction belongs to, or if something is itself a culture. It can usually be deffered, but a good heiarchy, could help, as it looks like your using a heiarchy java script,
try Civs>Culture>Factions
Culture>Factions
and so on and so on.

BTW Im trying to keep it as brief as possible, so I can spend more time on actually the playing side of the game when it comes out and not the historical side of things....
Yeah, but since the game isn't out, might as well do some historical things in your time now when there isn't any game news.
