okay, here is what i found. I remember a while ago {im pretty sure it was on this forum} I had someone tell me that the only reason that provinces will ever revolt is because of high taxes, not enough troops, or they have been recently conquered. but I have found conclusive proof that this is not true just take a lookie ->
