Hi, I'm reasonably new to MTW but I've seen a lot of talk about mods, so I had a look at the mod section in the Org files section. It's quite overwhelming if you don't know you're doing, or looking for.
What do these mods do? I'm guessing that they're for changing units stats, changing graphics and adding campaigns. Am I right?
Would you say that installing one or more really enhances the game? And can you uninstall if you're unhappy with the results?
Any comments welcome, I've looked for a mod section in the newbie threads but couldn't find one.

I would advise the Medmod as it is probably the best for enhacment. The AI builds less crappy units and actually tries to trade because of a few tweaks by Wes.
Some have instalers and others only work with Winrar and you can't really unistall them. The best way is to copy the directory before hand and use it as backup or just unistall, delete the folder and reinstall
