Trouble with adding a new unit

Hello again, another question on modding.

I am suign VERy detail guide how to add new units basing them off regular ones, and had no problem so far. Succesefuly added 5 or 6 new units based off different models.

I wanted to add a unit based of HighlandClansmen. Did evrythign as always -copied all files altered all that needed etc.

Here what happens. Units show up fine on strategic map but when i try to take one of new units into combat game frezzes up immiditly when camera turns towards my new soldiers and crashesh to deskop. For experiment sake i reloaded, and tryed takign other nits into combat: works fine. Game only crashes when using this particular unit

to add a little note: this is first time i am using HighlandClansmen unit as a base.
any ideas?
