I have an image for a NEW faction I am creating, but I cannot finish my mod in earnest until I can construct a NEW flag for it. I have a BMP file of the faction flag--but I do not know LICK about how to turn a BMP I into a BIF and into the other formats neccessary to create the new faction flag. IF SOMEONE can explain in a simple step-by-step way of doing this I would appreciate it very much. I have photoshop 6.0 and I am not very familar with paint programs. So explain any photo editing jargon please.
