Is there any way to adjust how likely it is that a building will be destroyed or damaged if the province gets conquered? I'm talking about in MTW 1.1. It seems the port always goes, for example. MedMod seems to get rid of this, but I have no idea how its done.
I would like to make it so no buildings get automatically damaged in a conquered province.
Anyone know how?
Or even, just a link to info about HOW all the changes in Medmod happen would be really cool.
