I apologize if this has already been asked. Now I'm already aware that in RTW, our military will be drafted directly from our faction's existing population (from our cities, to be more specific). So my questions are about the particular details of this feature:
1) When training units, are they removed from my population on a 1-to-1 basis? For example, if I train a unit of 60 Legionaires, will my city's population drop by 60? Or is somewhat more abstract than that?
2) When disbanding units, do my men go back into the civilian population? (One might assume so, yes; but it's not an issue I want to take for granted.)
3) Will training and/or disbanding have an effect on my population's loyalty and happiness (i.e., the more troops I draft, the unhappier my people will be)?
