I was wondering if anyone can be of help on this. My relatively new computer laptop lags like crazy all the time, especially in games. THe processor is a 3 ghz and the video is a 32 meg radeon mobility. Yet, Medieval and other games are slow in playing on my machine (this is in single player mode). Combat Flightsim 3 and Battlefield 1942 are also this way (even older games from the need for speed series do it). I've tried driver updates, windows patches, increasing page file to max, maximizing virtual memory and all that. I thought it was RAM, but I have 512 mgb which should be enough. Anyone know what the problem could be. I have run both XP home and then upgraded to XP pro, but that didn't solve it either. Anyone know what the problem is or am I going to have to reload?
