Not Canadian, but my dad has lived there for the past 15+ years and has lived with his Canadian g/f for almost that long. I vacation there every year too. Canada is my favourite country after the US (of course) and Gordon Lightfoot is one of my favourite singers.
Does that give me near-Canadian status? http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg...icons/wink.gif
almost greg, almost http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg...s/bigthumb.gif now, just move to Burlington Ontario and you will be a perfect canadian http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg...icons/wink.gif

Canada is not the second largest landmass. It may be the second largest country however.
Huge difference...
Mods I am offended by someone making a slight at my religion... Geology and in particular the Codex Plate Tectonics http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg...s/bigthumb.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg.../gc-jester.gif http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg.../gc-juggle.gif

BTW How do Canadians view Australians? As former British colonies with a lot of similar things (Immigration, people urban density and rural low density etc)
I work for the Royal Bank of Canada does that count?
I am only two states away. That should caunt aye?
Isn't Beruit a Canadian? I'm sure he (or someone else at least) is our resident lumber jack?
Beirut is indeed the resident lumberjack, where is he?
Ok I couldn't resist.. I'm from Canada myself. Currently living in Ottawa, the nations Capital. Originally from Peterborough. Speaking of Lumber jacks, My grandfather was born at a lumber camp in northern Ontario.

I'm not Canadian but I like the place a lot. I have friends in Wellington, Ontario.
I have visited Ottawa and spent a week traversing Algonquin Provincial Park by canoe. The wilderness was unforgettable. There's nothing like awaking to the cry of a loon and falling asleep to the howl of a wolf
Canada is always a good time for me.
I'm not Canadian, but I have close relatives living in Winnipeg, and from what I've seen it seems a very nice place to live.
winterpeg eh? very cool (no pun intended) http://www.totalwar.org/forum/non-cg...icons/wink.gif
give me a definition of canadian, by blood, or by birth...
i was born in kincheloe afb, which is located 20 minutes away from sault ste marie canada ontario, where my mom was born and raised, i have over 300 relatives in that town, and i frequent it occassionaly, not so much since my grandma passed away... but does that qualify...
and goofball that poem was hillarious, being from alaska, i get the same thing from the lower 48, which is why i affectionetly call some of my fellow yanks, flatlanders..
my favorite thing to do on vacation in the states is to ask sales clerks if they accept alaskan money... basicaly the dollar about half fall for it and have to ask a supervisor...
certainly qualifies...Quote:
