Moving around lines in unit_prod

I was just wondering whether it is safe to change the order of the rows in the unit_prod file?

I want to give the swiss halbaders as their royal unit in high and SAP in late but it seems that which order the royal units go in depends on where the entry is located.

You can freely move rows around.

I didn't know though that you can have 2 units available in a single period that are royal units in 2 different periods. This might cause a crash.
