anyone know how to trigger the Brave beyond Belief stuff???
When the Mongols arrive, leave your general in Khazar alone.
Charge the Mongol horde.
If that doesn't do it - and you survive - then heads need to roll at CA.
I have only ever received it randomly generated
it's partly random.
my lone jedi boyar general got surrounded by masses of enemy spearmen and cut a swath out of that and got brave beyond belief but another time, my general sitting pretty in Venice got that at the beginning of a turn.
