yo, hey people, um just posting about this mysterious clan called chosokabe, i only found out of there exsistance from sound files from shogun otherwise they'd of remained unknown, anyone feel like explaining a little on why there there and what there there for, cause there not playable obviously, just send me an email with the info, thanx, btw, after so lnog shoguns still my fave game,ill get the mongol invasions.......eventually (isnt ashigaru for nothing >.
Yes, there were going to be the 8th clan in the game but they didn't make it since the remaining land left just wasn't enough. The land they were gonna have was trhe little island underneath the Mori clan.

Chosokabe could have been given the entire ShiKoku mainisland: that's 5 provinces. How about Ootomi in northern Kyushu? What is Takeda doing east of Mori? And Imagawa in Northern Kyushu?
