This one be shown on national TV (and on MTV too) every day before the News or whatever as long as it is prime time.
It should be played before each film when you go to the movies.
They could add other examples to avoid weariness and indifference. Unfortunately, such scenes wouldn't be difficult to find.
Then perhaps at least some people would start to actually use their brain when driving.
