Two weapons?

As most people probably know, the bizare picking action in MTW never happened, and after using the spear (or kontos or whatever you want to call it) was usually discarded after the charge for a sword. And while the descs of the Cataphracts, Companions and Longshield horsemen all mention switching to swords (or maces for the Parthians), will this actually be implemeted? Shouldn't be that hard, since the desiegners of HTW were able to do it. However, watching DB I noticed cavalry units kept their spears. While it's an old version, will this feature be in the game?

Well they probably will, seeing as how hoplites eventually break their pikes and move to sword.

I've seen it in one of the TC episodes, I think.
