....a province menu that lists all your provinces, the work being done in them (and how many years till completion), the general/army in them, the governer, and the overall stats?
Mostly just to make planning and organizing easier.
Does this type of mod exist for MTW?
It's not possible to mod the menu; there are hard-coded. We can only mod/replace graphics, sound, text and campaigns.

I wouldnt say impossible. By decompiling the exe and figuring out a few things (ok a whole lot) you could inject a program into the exe that would allow you to do such a thing.
Humm. Dunno if CA would like that or not.
