Formations in demo

Now I dunno if it's me doing sumting wrong but...
when I arrange my units as I want them to be (like group formation but my personal preference) and select all and order them to move to a spot, when they come there the formation is all messed up.
The same is with group formations. I can click any of the availible ones, but the units always go to single line, with some variations.
And I was sooooo looking forward to see roman legions marching perfectly aligned ~:mecry: ~:mecry:

Also, is there a way to make the cavs move as fast as the infantry? cos I h8 it when the group moves differently fast.

you have to put them in the group formation "Single Line" first

Group formations can only be set with the Shift-# combinations after grouping units. In the demo, there is no way (like there was with Alt-clicking in MTW) of having an army march in a custom formation to a destination. That may (hopefully!!) make it into the final version but it's not available in the demo.

If Alt Clicking isn't in the final version I"ll be strongly considering defacating into a RTW box and sending pictures of the shitbox to CA.

Well, there would need to be other factors influencing me as well...
