I pre-ordered a copy of R:TW today (which gets me an 'exclusive map' lol), and the guy in the store said it was due out on Sept 24th, but they were expecting to get it in a couple of days before that. Having said that, since I haven't noticed any announcement about it going gold yet, that date could very well change. Still, I'm cautiously optimistic that it's almost here! :)

Same here. I've pre-ordered from game and it says oct 1st
Preordered here and they continue to say it'll be there Sept. 22nd.

Most previews I read also said "release later this month".
But I don't car much about when its released, since it will be there when its ready. And if they release it a bit later, they just saved me a few more sleepless nights ;)
i don't need to preorder usually in my area (all the local game stores have is Ps2 games, new releases and shooters...) but the guy said "the end of the month, around the 23rd" ~:)
I ordered a month ago and was told middle of the month.
2 years and a few more days won't matter.
although in the states this is a 3 day weekend what better way to spend it??? ~:cheers:

Game in Cheltenham UK still has 24 Sept.
Can't see that a week here or there makes much difference.
i preorder at EB local store this week,they told me is 24th.
One gaming magazine said as early as the 15th of Sept. Who knows? A month isn't much of a wait.
Ive also checked with Game stores in Scouseland and MancLand and they've all said 24th September. Then preordered it on Amazon and was told 4 October - bugger; but hey, it's like the Actress said "when it comes, it comes"
Got a definite 24th sept from the U.Ks biggest distributor today.
I hope it is true, but I think it will make it to the states on the 1st. Of course I may be a little pesamistic about it.
