Fix for Eastern Cav "strob" efect

An old bug with light eastern cavalry now fixed
Extract to:_Medieval - Total War\Textures\Men\Bowman

The units afected:
EastLighCav_W.Txt
PrsianHorceArchers_W.Txt
SkythLTCav_S.Txt
