How to see cities listed by income?
I want to assign my best manager to my city with best income - or at least be able to see it easily, to decide.
I'm not sure what the strat map income values are - surely they're not straight income though, due to how some are negative.
Past that though, what I'd like is a simple, sorted list of city income, BEFORE management factors or resident army costs are assigned. Flipping through all the cities and making lists by hand is so stone age - there must be a list somewhere, even if with factors, like in MTW - where is it?

It is a good thing to ask for in a patch (unless someone has discovered it already.) If you have a list the tricky part of evaluating it is finding out what "base" levels are. Upgrades, governor, and trade alliances will all change the numbers.
