I noticed that by building the Temple of Bacchus, my governor gets the Drunken Trait, or if lucky gets the enjoys a drink trait that gives him +1 command.

Why do governors get bad farmer trait?
I suspect they get the bad farmer trait if they rule a province without upgrading basic/nonexistant farms for a number of turns. Since I rarely upgrade beyond Land Clearance, I see this one a lot.
Upgrading farms seems like a chump's game to this lemur.
