Traits and retinue members: tell me about them!

I need information on traits and retinue members for family members, spies and assassins; thanks to Tamur I have already quoted the diplomat chapter from his guide.

Please take a few minutes to look in your games and note down traits/members and the little blurb that explains what they do, then post them here with what category of character it belongs to. Example:
Stressed frog: this poor frog is writing a guide on an unresearched game. -1 influence, -1 hit point (hidden stat) This trait's found on frogs.

The exact quote of the blurb and the bit about who it belongs to is important, so don't forget it.

isn't there some way to rip the text direct from the .pak files? i'm sure i've seen a list of v&v's around somewhere.... maybe someone who knows what they're doing could have a look?
