Randomised Generals (MTW)

I know theres the greengenerals command line thing, but that just automatically makes the dead generals succecor worse than he was.
What I want is an element of ranomisation. The way I see it most generals would have been coaching a member of his staff to succeed him, and would pass on a certain amount of his skill.
So the new general could be a bit better or worse then him. Only slightly better or worse as the general probably wouldnt keep on a dullard nor a prodigy out of frustration/jealousy as appropriate.

I had a look in the mods section but didnt see anything suggestive. Does anyone know if such a thing is there?
