City growth calculator uploaded

Just posted: a calculator that figures "how long til my city will hit the next level at this growth rate". A rather simple little Excel file, but especially helpful when you want to start that next governor's building right on time. Available from TWC here.

There's a free viewer for Excel Microsoft. Also you can check here, and there's even the freeware OpenOffice that says it allows reading and writing of all major productivity suites - but I've never used it. Others have recommended it to me (but I don't need it, since I have Office already).
