I have noticed a problem with the elephants (the standard ones) after I retrain them to replace casualties however many of them are replaced end up as singular nonfunctiona archers on the backs of the current ones. oddly also while it said that the weapons could not be upgraded(I think this is normal) it showed gold weapons after the first retraining which seems rather curious.
