Question about MedMod IV building requirements

Sorry if this should go in the Modding forum, but most questions there are about modding, not playing a mod. Anyhow, mods feel free to move if this is OT.

So, here goes: I am playing the French in MedMod IV but I can't find in any of the "Charts and Readmes" what the building requirements are. Anyone know?

Oops, I should have mentioned, the building requirements for Compaignes d'Ordonnance. Thanks!

OK, I figured it out. First, the Compaignes d'Ordonnance are actually Knights Santiago, not Knights Hospitaller as stated in the Faction Descriptions. Secondly, It was not possible to build Royal Court4 (Baronial Estate) in my game, so I changed the requirement to Royal Court 3 and voila, Compaignes d'Ordonnance.
