I have two questions.
1) Can I change it so that my popularity with the people is max from the beginning of the game so that I can declare war on the other romans instantly?
2) If I start a war against the other romans is there any way to get a lasting peace with the Senate when the other roman families are destroyed (so I don't have to be outlawed)?

when I feel like doing that from time to time I mod the priest of jupiter to have 100% chance to show up and give him 295 popularity bonus wich give me nearly instant chance for glory or how its called. But with the starting troops that is a very bad idea, uness you want it real hard:D
2. why? the first move i do is allways getting rome, 1 goal is to hold rome to win the campaign right?
Is it possible to change the starting popularity or do I have to change a priest as Szun mentioned? How does that work anyway?
