Triarii - 1st Cohorts - Roman Generals Mods

Two seperate Mods in the one pack,
seeing they require different files to operate i thought i would split them so you can all pick and choose.

Triarii and 1st Cohorts
I have made the 1st cohorts buildable,
In several campaigns I have destroyed the senate before they could grant me any of 1st Cohorts, and even when i dont destroy the Senate it seems i am always too unpopular to be given any.

Also I was annoyed getting Triarii just before Marian Reforms come into play,
so they are now buildable alongside Principii

:: CHANGED CONDITIONS ::
Triarii down to Tier 3 (city barracks)

(marian reform cohorts)
Early Legionary Cohorts down to Tier 2 (militia barracks)
Legionary Cohorts down to Tier 3 (city barracks)

:: MADE BUILDABLE ::
First Cohort Early in Tier 4 (army barracks)
First Cohort in Tier 5 (royal barracks)

Roman Generals
Because the RTW does not update Roman Generals after the Marian Reforms i adjusted the Early Roman General

the only differences between the Ealry and Late Roman General units (other than displayed troop) are armour and heat (and no online for Early)

I Upgraded the Armour (i left the heat and displayed troop type alone)

AND I added a "command" attribute, meaning the General is now a Legionary Eagle unit and the General now gives a moral boost to nearby units!
(am uncertain if "family members" also give attribute - but if so then good)
