RMD format what is it?

I have recently downloaded to look at several Files/Mods that are in the rmd format.
Could someone tell me how to unlock these so I can have a look at them, or explain to me what the rmd format is?

Created by Verctioingrex (sp) for his mod switcher. You can download the packer which makes RMD files and the switcher which unpacks them in the upload forum.
