City and unit start stats!!

I would like to have a look at the starting stats for all the cities and units at the beginning of the Campaign and perhaps tweak them. Does anybody know in which file these stats are held, please, as I can't seem to find them.

This is the file that sets the type and number of buildings and units.

Initial buildings/troops for each region appear to be dictated by:
Rome - Total War/Data/world/maps/campaign/imperial_campaign/descr_strat.txt

Individual Unit stats can be accessed at:
Rome - Total War/Data/export_descr_unit.txt
