mtwvi army tools

there were 2 tools that i used to use on my old computer but i cant remember where i got them from.
The first was an army builder that allowed me to select factions units money etc. from what i think was an excell programme. (so i could make armies for mp without having to load up the game).
The other tool was an internet tool that compared the stats of units against each other and gave some great information about each one, starting morale etc.
I don't suppose anyone knows where i got these tools from and, more importantly, where i can get them from now?

and you have checked the "org`s download area/ section: files -tools", because the second you mention i got from there about two weeks ago. ~:)

The 1st one was made by FF Almicar, so you can probably find it on the FF site.
(www.ffighters.com or something like that).
