I'm on my third campaign (currently Brutii) and I have yet to see a decere or a corvus quinquireme. Are these figments of my imagination? I've already eliminated the senate (got too pushy) was that a factor?

Only Scipii can build deceres and corvus quinquiremes. You need awesome temple of Neptune to build corvus quinquiremes and a pantheon of Neptune to build deceres.
You need to be the Scipii faction, and you must have a Pantheon of Neptune in a port city (the temple itself requires a port, naturally) in order to build either of these special units.

When talking about ships, I've seen someone who mentioned a fix for the Admiral stars bug but I don't find anywhere...Would anyone have a link? VH is too unfair at sea...
You can get the fix here on the forum index. It's also has other little tweaks to change for navigators etc. All thanks to Sinner (and brought to you by therother)
