MTW-VI w/Norman Invasion mod...error

After downloading the Norman Invasion mod found in the mod area of totalwar.org, I get a CTD and error message when starting MTW-VI v2.01 ...the error message is:

COLUMN_building_faction_association
Unknown faction specified: column 20, row 8
FN_EGYPTIAN

Removing the Norman.txt file from the campmap/startpos folder allows MTW-VI to start up, but the mod doesn't show up.

Any ideas on how to fix this error?

nada, me don`t have the answer either. but the same problem.
i tried to tweak my german version to an english (pour dieu et roi) one, and when i tried to install vikinghord`s latest masterpiece ontop i recieved

does any has a clue to this..?
