Help finding one of Vercingetorix's patches...

I remember reading a thread in this forum about phalanx tactics, and someone mentioned that Vercingetorix (I think) had made a patch which gets rid of a certain horse-jumping animation, thereby fixing the problem where cavalry could jump right through an 8-deep phalanx... But now I can't find it (and yes, I've tried searching...). Anyone know where I can download it? And has anyone used it? With R:TR 4.x...?

While we're on the subject of phalanxes, did I read somewhere that someone had introduced a 'phalanx formation' - which sounded like a formation which groups phalanxes up in one solid line? Anyone know where that one is?
