Trouble with Medmod 2.04

I tried installing medmod 2.04 tonight but while it seems to install fine, when i try to start a MM campaign (both VI and regular) the game crashes to desktop. I'm able to start non-medmod campaigns, so I feel pretty sure the problem is tied to the mod.

Ultimatly I want to get get the aspects of MM that helps the AI produce bettter troops / more ships. I'm not really interested in the the new unit roster / homeland rules of MedMod 4.

Anyone got any surgestions on what the issue might be, and or any surgestions on how to get the game modded to a state similar to what MedMod 2.04 does?

Do you have a english version of MTW installed? If not, then you will run into problems. I have not tryed the 2.04 version of medmod, but I know some people have problems with my mod because they don't have a english/spanish version installed. Most mods are made for english only.
