I modded in Companion Cavalry while playing as Greece and was very surprised and dissapointed to find they have no unit cards when playing as Greece. How do you fix that so that they have unit cards for their non-normal factions?

Can somebody plz help me with this? It's not MAKING a unit card but moving/using one. I know the knowledge is out there and I just want to have a unit card when using companions as a greek
I don't see why you did that. The companions were Macedonian units only.
If you check DJs tutorial on creating new units in the guides section, the unt cards are in data/UI/UNITS just copy and rename the companion cavalry one to your new unit name.
Perhaps I missed something, but in my fresh installation of RTW that folder does not exist. In the installations for mods, that folder contains only the new units developed by the moders, but not the original units of the game. ~:confused:Quote:

UnPAK Data\packs\ui_1.pak using Vercingetorix's PAKextractor. A new directory is created in which you will find various UI related files. You can pack the new icon back in, or make a new folder called Data\ui\ and then use the same directory structure as in the PAK file.
You have to create this folder:"\Data\UI\UNITS\GREEK_CITIES"
The you create with photoshop the card or you can copy the macedon card (in /packs/..... but you need yo unpack).
The file must be named as the type in export_descr_unit.txt
