invalid cd key,logon failed

had this problem for sometime now,it wont let me play online.i go through the gamespy lobbys, then the game starts and the hourglass appears for ages,then i get the message LOGON FAILED INVALID CD KEY,all the corrects ports are listed in my firewall connections.and the game is brand new.any ideas

try capslock on and then off...

Type your CD Key exactly as it is on your case or manual.

All letters are...lowercase... and dont forget to put in the - between them.

Don't forget to hit Enter (Return) after putting in your CD Key. If you don't your CD Key will not be saved.
