Re: Anyone noticed this bug?
I've noticed that some of my cavalry, when not near a general, will sometimes do its own thing, and only respond to my third or fourth order. That is most likely related to playing a barbarian faction (Germania), where people tend not to obey orders. :charge:
To help clarify your problem for others, hundurinn, just a couple questions:
1. What faction are you playing?
1a. What kind of unit were these cavalry?
2. Were the problematic units in a group (as there are known issues with groups)?
I personally haven't seen this, but maybe someone else has. :help:
Re: Anyone noticed this bug?
I'm playing as Julii and the units are Equites, I've seen this bug with other factions and different types of cavalry. The units are in a group but when I try to give each unit an order the same thing happens.
Re: Anyone noticed this bug?
It is probably part of the group bug. Yes, I've seen this at times too.
Re: Anyone noticed this bug?
this is part of the group bug it doesnt only count for cavalry but for all units
also if you order one group an other group instead of that one responds
Re: Anyone noticed this bug?
Hopefully the patch will take care of this annoying bug. I hate loosing battles because of bugs. Much more fun loosing them by mistake.
Re: Anyone noticed this bug?
Ive just encounted this bug AGAIN a moment ago, when chasing down gauls who had been routed equites take an age to respond and sometimes take so long to attack who i tell them to attack and run to them that the routed usually get away.
It is a group thing when it happens i click the individual units of equites and tell them to attack the enemy one by one and that works, but its very annoying.
